Your course fee includes:

  • A folder full of user-friendly handouts
  • Your State's Regulation summary sheet & link to regulations
  • A morning snacks each day-lunch is on your own

AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION-Your course fee includes:

  • CPO® Certificate (valid for 5 years)
  • CPO® Wallet Card
  • CPO® Shoulder Patch


Enrollment in each course is limited in size for maximum effectiveness and participation.

Registrations are accepted in the order which they are received.

REQUEST MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO COURSE

A $15 PER MANUAL FEE WILL BE ADDED TO/OR YOU MUST INCLUDE WITH YOUR APPLICATION FEE

  • Submission of your application indicates agreement with our terms & conditions.
  • Submission of your application is considered binding and all course fee is non-refundable unless cancellation REQUEST is made by you in writing, 3 weeks prior to the first day of the course. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to Pool & Spa Rx.
  • All classes have been scheduled on the availability of the Instructor

Cancellation and refund policy

  • If a class is cancelled by our organization, you will be given the option to transfer to our next training session or receive a full refund.
  • If A cancellation REQUEST is made by you in writing, 3 weeks prior to the first day of the course, the registration fee less a $60 processing fee will be refunded upon return of any unused course materials sent to the registrant.
  • Persons canceling after three week cut-off will receive a credit certificate adjusted for the cost of course materials, meals, and other costs incurred by us. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to Pool & Spa Rx.
  • No-shows will be billed at the full rate. Submission of this application indicates agreement with these terms.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROGRAMS.

Option #2-PRIMER/FUSION PROGRAM

ON-LINE/IN CLASS TRAINING PROGRAM

This option has two steps AND IS OPEN TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BE CERTIFIED.
Step1- requires you to to purchase your online program from us at least 30 days prior to the class you choose for Day 2.-


Registration must be made by Check or Credit Card -Cost-$350.00


**The online program is non-refundable


Here is how it works-You will complete DAY 1 on line completing the "Primer" course through NSPF and must register for one of our in-class training programs for DAY 2. ***You will have 6 months from the completion of your on line program to attend one of our classes and complete your re-certification.
