RE-CERTIFICATION Options

Option #1

Attend one of our 1-day training classes. These classes are available only to those whose Certification is current. (Proof is required.)
Give us a call and we will check our Data Bank for your last Certification.
Application & Payment must be received 14 days prior to course. Payment by check or credit card accepted.

Schedule: CPO -1-day Training ($469) This is a 1-day Training (from 8-5) -- Valid certificate required-Certification must not expire.

Both programs will review all 18 chapters prior to the exam - Training & Exam will take place between 8-5.

Option #2

Attend one of our normal 2 - DAY CPO TRAINING CLASS
This option will register you for one of our normal 2-day classes & take the regular multi-choice 50 Question exam online.

Application & Payment must be received 14 days prior to course. Payment by check or credit card accepted.

Registration - If less than 14 days, please call the office to register & pay by credit card only.

  • Enrollment in each course is limited in size for maximum effectiveness and participation. Registrations are accepted in the order which they are received.
  • Once submission of application is mailed/faxed/emailed your registration is considered confirmed.
  • Submission of your application indicates agreement with our terms & conditions.
  • Submission of your application is considered binding, and all course fees are non-refundable unless cancellation REQUEST is made by you in WRITING- 3 weeks prior to the first day of your course.  
  • Substituting another person for yourself is permitted.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to Pool & Spa Rx.
  • All classes have been scheduled on the availability of the Instructor. If you register during the late period and pay only the early registration fee, the late fee will be required to be paid prior to or at class.


Cancellation and refund policy:

  • If a class is cancelled by our organization, you will be given the option to transfer to our next training session or receive a refund minus the cost ($125) for the course materials if they have been shipped.
  • If A cancellation REQUEST is made by you in writing, 3 weeks prior to the first day of the course, the registration fee less a $70 processing fee will be refunded upon return of any unused course materials sent to the registrant.
  • Persons canceling after the 3-week cut-off will receive a credit certificate adjusted for the cost of course materials, meals, and other costs incurred by us.
  • REMINDER-All cancellation requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to Pool & Spa Rx.
  • No-shows will be billed at the full rate.
  • Submission of our application indicates your agreement with these terms.


NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROGRAMS.
